A fitted interior says more about a space than almost anything else in it. Get the joinery right, and a kitchen, bathroom or hotel suite reads as considered and coherent. Get it wrong, and even the most expensive materials will draw the eye to every uneven seam and loose drawer runner.
Moritz Groupp designs and builds complete furniture fit-outs for houses, apartments and hotels across Poland. We work in natural veneer, HPL laminate and Corian, and we pair those materials with a level of technical precision that keeps every detail — down to the millimetre — where it’s supposed to be.
IMAGE Wide, cinematic shot of a modern fitted kitchen with warm walnut veneer fronts, a matte white Corian worktop, and a flush-mounted sink with no visible seam. Soft, side-angled daylight from a large window, subtle reflections across the worktop surface, symmetrical composition, professional interior photography, a calm and precise atmosphere.
What premium custom furniture fit -outs actually mean
A premium fit-out is not simply furniture built to measure. It’s a design that’s integrated with the architecture of the room itself — from the services running behind the panels to the way light falls across a worktop. The difference between this and standard made-to-measure joinery starts with material selection and ends with an installation where tolerances are measured in millimetres, not centimetres.
In practice, that covers fitted kitchens, walk-in wardrobes, bathroom cabinetry, freestanding pieces built for a specific space, and finishing elements — worktops, sinks and fronts — designed to read as one continuous surface.
Materials of the highest grade
The quality of a fit-out is decided, in large part, before a single panel is cut. That’s why we work only with materials that hold up in daily use over many years, not just in a showroom.
Natural veneer
Veneer is a thin layer of real wood bonded to a stable substrate, which keeps the authentic grain of solid timber while reducing weight and the risk of warping. Every sheet is unique, which means a veneered fit-out becomes a genuinely individual piece rather than a repeated pattern pulled from a catalogue.
HPL laminate
HPL (High Pressure Laminate) resists scratching, moisture and UV fading far better than most surface finishes. It earns its place in kitchens, hotel rooms and any high-traffic space where a fit-out needs to look sharp after years of hard use, not just on installation day.
Corian worktops and flush-mounted sinks
Corian is a solid surface composite that allows joints to disappear and lets a sink be formed as one continuous plane with the worktop around it — what’s usually called a “zero-edge” or flush-mounted finish. The result is a worktop with no seams, no lip to catch crumbs and grime, and no visible transition between sink and surface.
Material comparison table
| Material | Appearance | Durability | Maintenance | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Natural veneer | Genuine wood grain, warm character | Good to very good, with proper finishing | Regular cleaning, protect from excess moisture | Fronts, panels, decorative fit-outs |
| HPL laminate | Uniform matte or textured surface | Excellent scratch and moisture resistance | Minimal, built for heavy daily use | Kitchens, hotels, commercial spaces |
| Corian | Smooth, seamless surface | High, and the surface can be re-sanded to renew it | Easy to clean, no joints to maintain | Worktops, flush-mounted sinks, bathrooms |
BLUM hardware — reliability in every detail
What happens inside a cabinet matters as much as how the front looks. That’s why our fit-outs use BLUM drawer and hinge systems — hardware known for smooth motion, quiet self-closing action, and mechanisms built to last well beyond the first few years of daily use.
- Smooth, quiet closing on drawers and doors
- Fronts that stay adjustable and precise for years, not just at handover
- High-load runners matched to the specific application
- Systems proven across millions of installations worldwide
Bathroom fit-outs and natural stone showers
Beyond furniture, we also build complete bathroom fit-outs, including showers finished entirely in natural stone. Stone in a wet room is a durable choice — moisture-resistant and, with the right surface texture, safe underfoot — while staying visually consistent with the rest of the interior.
CNC manufacturing and 3D scanning — precision to the millimetre
Before any element goes into production, the space is scanned in 3D. That means the design accounts for the real deviations in walls, floors and ceilings — not the theoretical dimensions on an architect’s drawing. Every piece is then cut on CNC machinery, giving a level of repeatability and accuracy that’s simply not achievable by hand.
“The biggest threat to a good fit-out isn’t the wrong material — it’s an inaccurate measurement. 3D scanning removes that risk before the first panel is even cut.”
The result is a fit-out that sits flush against the wall along its full length, fronts that close evenly from the first unit to the last, and an installation day with no on-site corrections.
What building extreme expedition campers taught us
For years, we’ve built extreme expedition vehicles designed to survive conditions most furniture never has to face — constant vibration, humidity, wide temperature swings, and years of hard use in remote terrain. That engineering discipline carries straight across into our furniture fit-outs: the same standards of precision, material selection and fixing methods that keep a camper intact after thousands of rough kilometres are the ones we apply to furniture meant to last decades in a home or hotel.
How a project actually runs, step by step

- Consultation and initial quote — a conversation about function, style and budget.
- 3D scanning of the space — an accurate survey of the room’s actual dimensions.
- Technical design — material selection, hardware, and the functional layout.
- CNC manufacturing — precise cutting and finishing of every component.
- On-site installation — fitted by our installation team, with no guesswork.
- Handover and aftercare — quality check and ongoing support after installation.
