Why the Zetros platform
The Mercedes-Benz Zetros wasn’t designed as a comfortable base for motorhomes — it was designed for military and heavy-industrial use in conditions that destroy ordinary trucks. That’s exactly why it makes such a strong foundation for a serious expedition vehicle. Portal axles lift the drivetrain components well clear of the ground, giving generous approach and departure angles and the kind of clearance that turns boulder fields and washed-out tracks from obstacles into non-events.
We don’t soften that platform to make it easier to live with. We build around it, so the vehicle keeps every bit of its off-road pedigree while gaining the systems that make weeks of off-grid travel genuinely comfortable.

Inside, the Moritz Titan 6×6 offers roughly 18 m² of usable living space — enough for a genuine living area, a full galley, a private sleeping zone and a proper bathroom, not a compressed version of one. Every layout is finished to order, but the goal stays constant across builds: a cabin that feels like a suite, not a shrunk-down apartment.
Ceiling height, storage layout and material choices are worked out together, not bolted on afterward, which is why the interior of a Moritz Titan reads as one coherent space rather than a truck cab with furniture pushed into it.

True off-grid autonomy
An expedition vehicle earns its name by how long it can stay away from infrastructure, not by how it looks parked outside a dealership. The Moritz Titan 6×6 is built for genuine autonomy:

Materials and construction philosophy
Every Moritz build reflects the same construction discipline, regardless of the platform underneath it. Where possible, we favour wood-free composite construction — including PET composite panels — over traditional materials, because composites resist moisture, resist rot, and hold their weight and insulation values consistently over years of temperature swings that would eventually degrade timber-based construction.
The benefit isn’t only durability. Composite panels are lighter than equivalent timber-framed construction, which matters on a 6×6 chassis where every kilogram affects payload, fuel consumption and how the vehicle behaves on soft or uneven ground. Thermal insulation is engineered into the panel itself, so the cabin holds its temperature in both extreme heat and sustained cold without relying purely on the HVAC system to compensate.
