Body Construction
Base Structure (BS01)
The vehicle’s body is designed for maximum durability and functionality in off-road conditions. It features a unique 60° rear slope, improving the departure angle, facilitating obstacle navigation, and enabling the installation of a scissor lift.
External Dimensions: 8600 x 2456 x 2306 mm (from outer GFRP layer to GFRP).
Internal Dimensions: 8468 x 2324 x 2100 mm, providing spacious interiors.
Walls and Roof: 66 mm thick sandwich panels:
Outer Layer: 3 mm GFRP (Lamilux), fiberglass-reinforced, weather-resistant.
Core: 5 mm PET foam (250 kg/m³ density) + 50 mm PET foam (80 kg/m³ density) + 5 mm PET foam (250 kg/m³ density), ensuring excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
Inner Layer: 3 mm GFRP (Lamilux), fiberglass-reinforced, moisture and damage-resistant.
Floor: 144 mm thick:
Outer Layer: 3 mm fiberglass-reinforced GFRP.
Core: 100 mm PET foam (80 kg/m³ density) for insulation.
Inner Layer: 33 mm PET (250 kg/m³ density) + 3 mm GFRP.
Reinforcement: S355 steel lattice, powder-coated for structural rigidity.
Connections: Bonded with fiberglass or carbon fiber L-profiles, eliminating thermal bridges.
Corners: Reinforced with L-profiles for added durability.
Adhesive: Two-component polyurethane, solvent-free, ensuring airtight and durable joints.

Entry Door (BD01):
Lowered Doors
GFRP profile frame, recessed into the wall, eliminating thermal bridges.
Sandwich panel construction for insulation.

Double sealing for airtightness.
3-point lock with central bolt and top/bottom bolts, ABUS cylinder (single key for all locks).

Driver’s Cabin Passage (BD02):
Size: 620 x 680 mm, allowing easy passage.
Frame bonded to the cabin’s rear wall.
Doors on both cabin and container sides with double sealing.

Hypercar Garage: Features a hydraulically opening side wall made of GFK panels and an electrically sliding platform on ROLLON guides, coated with a non-slip surface. Perfectly suited for hypercars and sports cars like Pagani Huayra R, Porsche 911, Lotus Emira, or KTM X-Bow GT-XR. The garage includes ventilation (110 m³/h), LED lighting (3000K), reinforced ABUS locks, and an anti-theft alarm. Customizable to specific models (e.g., wider platform or dedicated mounts). Lowering Platform: Electric, supported by heavy-duty straps.
A foldable rooftop terrace with seating for 6, ideal for watching races or enjoying scenic nature views.

The interior is designed for comfort, aesthetics, and functionality, using top-quality materials.

Inner Layer: 2 mm GFRP coated with HPL, moisture-resistant.
Floor: 5 mm HPL (yacht teak imitation) with 33 mm PET foam insulation.

Folding Table: 1000 x 600 mm, HPL + carbon top, folds to sofa level.
